BACKGROUND: Engineer/Applied Mathematician by training(1981), became Corporate Recruiter/Head hunter after 7 year transition (2001 -2007) from Human Resources Managment Roles: 12 years of experience as an Operational HHRR Manager, 4 as a HHRR Director, 10 as Latam Compensation Manager, and 6 in Industrial Safety & Environmental Engineering.

Very strong on Clasical Restructuring. Strategic Planning, Intuitive Analytical Thinker INTJ Type, Action Oriented and Focus on Results with a style of very Direct Communication.

More than 10 years using Search Engine Technology in Recruiting. I have used Amazon S3 Data Services/Jungle Disk Cloud Filing coupled Google Desktop to be fully portable and on the move. Currently using Box.Net DropBox Google Apps as data warehousing technologies synchronized with S3.

My Search Technique combine Job Posting, Deep Data Base Search (Linkedin, Local Job Boards, etc) with PULL / PUSH / INMAILS / SKYPE CALLS, Google Adwords Marketing as well as traditional Headhunting techniques.

As Recruiter/Headhunter I carry out Retain/Contingency searches for key Clients with difficult searches of high technical nature or scarcity factors.

Current website evolved from a Manila Blogging Operation in late 2005 which in turn evolved from Seleccion.Net which had been launched in early 1999 while I still at ABB Vetco Gray as HHRR Manager (1998- 2001).

Online Recruiting Operations started in 1997, after my exit from Chrysler Motors in the 1996 Venezuelan Recession and where I worked as Human Resource Planning Director since 1992.
