1. Brief Presentation of Career Path & Objectives

I fell into banking ten years ago and fell in love with the industry. I feel the strenghts that I bring would be from working and being exposed to a variety of different banking cultures both among the largest and smallest, I have seen what works best and what does not. I love the backend aspcects of banking: private banking, foreign exchange, product development, banking operations, team building, strategy and marketing. I offer real world experience in retail operations, management, business lending and relationship building as well as an MBA from a top university.

I relate very well with people and feel that my communication skills are excellent. I have led and motivated groups of up to 60 and as a branch manager rebuilt a branch staff after the entire management team had been fired for compliance violations and brought the same branch from the bottom of a region to number 3 out of 15 branches.

Consistant growth and development in every postion I have had. I started out as a teller and with hardwork, determination, and an unwillingness to fail I rose to bank manager and business lending.

Bank of America: Sales manager for 60 person, 1 Billion dollar branch, ensure branch met all growth targets and responsible for 25 million per year in lending
