Brief Presentation of Career Path & Objectives

I started my career as Operations Engineer (2001-2004) at Venezuela's east region being accountable for supporting about 36.000 HP on-shore rental gas compressor fleet and gas treatment skidded plants operations.

Then, I was promoted to Operations Coordinator (2004-2006) and moved to the western region to support local management on maintenance planning, equipment relocations, commissioning, gas engine swapping and site major overhauls projects.

From May 2006 up to 2007, I began to perform as BD Manager which as main responsibility was to identify and develop potential business opportunities with the highest profit expectations.

When the merging between Hanover and Universal Compression was completed, I was appointed to AMS Operation Manager (2007-2008) to manage and administrate a corporation’s own company dedicated to AMS to attend the Oil & Gas inner market.

o Oversaw and managed day to day of 32.000 HP rental compressor fleet operations and maintenance including two Maracaibo’s Lake off-shore locations.
o Led and motivated near to 50 field technicians including staff personnel.

o Performed and reviewed the annual spare parts sales revenue/cost budget and also the monthly HQ forecast.

o Coordinated advertising and promotions of products and service.

Operations Coordinator (Feb. 2004-May. 2006). Hanover Venezuela . Maracaibo – Venezuela
o Coordinated day to day 30.000 HP rental compression fleet operations and maintenance planning including two Maracaibo’s Lake off-shore locations.
o Followed approval from costumers of monthly leasing contract performance for later invoicing.
o Led relocation, mounting and gas engines swapping projects over 1478 HP reciprocating gas compressor packages at location sites.
o Reviewed and approved in liaison with EPC and/or HSE on site groups the procedures and plans associated with pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, start-up and the documentation to be generated by the site team.
o Played an active role in ensuring that all commissioning and start-up scheduled activities and subcontractor’s commitments were achieved and possible exceeded.

o Followed day to day 36.000 HP rental compression fleet operations including 10 MMSCFD TEG Dehy; 30 MMSCFD DPP (mechanical refrigeration) and several JT and MEG Fuel gas skids with field personnel.
o Supervised consistently routine preventive scheduled maintenance execution on the field for rental compressor fleet and gas process plants per specification.
o Supported preparation of commissioning, testing and start-up procedures for portable gas compressor packages, skidded gas treatment plants and/or gas compression facilities with HSE team in liaison with EPC group and customers priory of handover.
o Assisted on execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up activities jointly with EPC on site team.
o Contributed in obtaining 97% service factor average (mechanical availability) per month by implementing appropriate reliability analysis.
