Directing a project portfolio for the improvement in administrative and operational facilities Budgeting operation of 30.000.000 $, managing an organization of 800 men force to satisfy around 6.000 users in different operational areas, giving quick services at better cost.
MAINTENANCE LEADER PROYECT 1994 TO OCTUBER 1997
Leading a team for choosing, designing, training and implementing integrated software to improve Operations and Maintenance administration. The scope of project covered all Divisions in Production and Refinery installations in MARAVEN, PDVSA. The users of this technical tool were estimated in 5.000 people and around 500 site installations. Controlling and following up to 100.000 monthly work-orders activities for the 1st year.

PREVENTIVE AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDANT 1989 TO JULY 1994
Led a fifty-member team to plan, define, and implement preventive and predictive tasks activities for different type of equipment: mechanical (turbo machinery, pumps, compressors, reciprocating, within others), electrical and instrumentation-control for varies petroleum and gas installations such: gas – compression, power generation, steam, gas liquid plants, and facilities production. Create and update process procedures in addition to documentation for monitoring performance equipment, providing effective and safety operations. Increasing availability of installations in 5 %, and a cost reduction due to less mayor failures in Critical Plants production. SENIOR ENGINEER MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR 1984 TO JANUARY 1989
Successfully manage various technical and professional staff teams for administrating, budgeting, monitoring performance of maintenance activities to mechanical equipments like: gas turbines, compressor, internal combustion engines, pumps, etc.; electrical equipments and instrumentation – control in eight Gas Compression Plants, at Maracaibo Lake ( 1.0 MMCFPM compression availability). Performing extensive analysis of varieties of operational problems to give technical recommendations and led design problems solutions at the Maintenance Department. Developing all basic design criteria’s, including planning activities, bills of material, drawings, contracting and execution. This also included turnaround plants coordination activities.
