Responsibilities:
- Manages pre-sale engineering and provides consultation as needed. Growing the business through a partnership approach with the sales team.
- Coordinates engineering of contracted standard formwork.
- Develops and checks erection drawings and equipment takeoffs. Reviews the work of Drafters.
- Identifies best solution for customer, working with district and corporate personnel. Acts as a troubleshooter, recognizing potential problems and coaches customers as needed.
- Works as sales partner with Territory Manager to create customer solutions prior to the sale.
- Liaises with the site Project Manager or assigned individual on the delivery of equipment; provides scheduling assistance to customers as needed.
- Attends site meetings as called upon and represent the Company as overall technical consultant.
- Assists with erection of forming equipment on job sites; handles irregularities as needed. Consistently reviews and ensures safety product guidelines are met. Helps customer with cycling procedures of formwork.
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (recognized by the PE Board).
- Min 3 to 5 years of formwork experience in the industry.
- Able to provide field service for assigned projects.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
